Short version: ₹99 to put a name up, ₹9 to push it, and any name can come down.
Next Superstar is an advertising board. You buy a position on a public page. There is no prize, no payout and no outcome to bet on. Anyone can be put up, and anyone put up can have their listing removed on request. Everything below is the long version.
1. How ranking works
- Rank is the total raised on a profile. Every rupee anyone has put into it, added up, highest first. Ties go to whoever got on the board earlier.
- ₹99 to list. One flat fee puts a name and a card on the board. It counts toward that profile's total.
- ₹9 to boost. Anyone can push any profile up, as many times as they like. Boost packs are available at a lower price per boost — same effect, one payment.
- Anyone can boost anyone. You do not have to own a listing to boost it, and you can boost a profile you didn't create.
- Every card shows the gap to the seat above it, in rupees and in number of boosts, so nobody has to guess what catching up costs.
- Two boards. Today ranks by what came in over the last 24 hours and is the default, because it stays winnable. All-time ranks by everything ever raised.
- Nothing is permanent. Including #1. Especially #1.
- There is a ₹99,999 cap on a single boost. Beyond that, tap again.
2. Who can be listed
Anybody. Yourself, a friend, an actor you rate, a director you think has been overlooked. We're not going to run a board about Indian cinema and pretend the industry's actual names can't appear on it. What we do control is how much freedom the person paying gets, because listing yourself and listing somebody else are not the same act.
Two listing types, two sets of rules.
Listing yourself: upload your own photo, write your own punch line. It's your face and your
reputation to spend however you like.
Listing someone else: the card uses a generated initials design — no photo upload — and the punch
line comes from a preset list of complimentary lines. You can pay to put anyone at #1. You cannot put a
photo you don't own on their card, or words they'd sue over in their mouth.
Rules that apply to every listing
- You must be 18 or over to pay for a listing.
- No minors. Nobody under 18 goes on this board, in any listing type, for any reason.
- If you're listing yourself, the photo must actually be you — not a film still, not somebody else's headshot, not a generated face.
- No slurs, no sexual content, no threats, no phone numbers or addresses, no doxxing.
- No listing created to humiliate, harass or take revenge on somebody. This is the one we remove fastest.
- No links to chat groups, adult platforms, or referral/affiliate URLs. Handles are identity only.
- We can remove any listing that breaks these rules without refund, and we don't owe an explanation beyond pointing at this page.
2b. Getting a listing removed
If you're on this board and don't want to be, it comes down.
Use the report link on any card, pick "That's me, and I didn't agree to this", and we remove the listing within 24 hours. You don't have to prove who you are, explain why, involve a lawyer, or ask nicely. Nobody who paid into that profile gets a refund or a say — not the person who listed it, and not anyone who boosted it. This applies to everybody — a first-time actor, a working star, or their management team.
The same report link handles impersonation, abusive listings, and copyright complaints about an image. We act on those within 24 hours too. If you'd rather write to a human than use the form, the address is on the contact page, and a takedown request by email carries exactly the same weight.
3. Money, refunds and tax
- All amounts are in Indian Rupees, collected via UPI through a licensed payment gateway.
- Listing fees and boosts are non-refundable. You are buying placement at the moment of purchase, and that placement is delivered immediately.
- Getting overtaken is not a service failure — it is the product working exactly as described. No refunds for slipping down the board, ever.
- Boosting somebody else is a gift, not an investment. You get no ownership of, control over, or claim on the profile you boosted, and no refund if it is later removed.
- If a payment succeeds but your listing never goes live because we rejected it, you get a full refund within 7 working days.
- No refund if a listing is taken down at the request of the person named, or for breaking the rules above — and that applies to everyone who boosted it, not just whoever created it. Putting money behind another person's name carries that risk, and you accept it when you pay.
- GST is charged where applicable and shown before you pay.
- We are not a lottery, prize competition, contest or skill-game operator. No money is ever paid out to any user.
4. Votes and clicks
Deserved and Nope are opinions, nothing more. They do not change rank, cannot be bought, and are not moderated for accuracy because there is nothing accurate about them. Click counts are approximate and exist so you can see whether the money did anything.
5. For casting scouts and agencies
Browsing is free and always will be. We do not represent anyone on this board, take commission on work, or verify anybody's skills, credits, contact details or availability. Listings are not verified and may have been created by somebody other than the person named — treat every card as an unconfirmed claim, and confirm identity yourself before you act on it.
6. Ad tickets
The side slots on the board are rentable in ticket-stub format — 24 hours or 7 days, flat rate, no auction. Ads must be your own product or service, must not imply endorsement by any real personality, and are reviewed before going live. Nothing gambling-related, nothing adult, nothing pretending to be a casting call.
7. Privacy
- Everything on a listing is public by design — that's the point of a leaderboard. Don't submit anything you wouldn't put on a poster.
- We store your listing content, your payment reference, and basic traffic counts. We don't sell personal data.
- Ask us to remove your listing and we will, within 72 hours. You don't get the money back, but you do get off the page.

8. The boring but important bit
Rank on this board reflects money spent and nothing else. It is not a measure of talent, a professional endorsement, or a prediction about anybody's career. A listing does not mean the person named submitted it, knows about it, approves of it, or is associated with this site in any way — listings are public submissions and are not verified.
