Getting a listing removed
If you are named on this board and you don't want to be, use the report link on the card and choose "That's me, and I didn't agree to this" — or just email the address above. The listing comes down within 24 hours. You don't have to prove who you are, explain why, or involve a lawyer. Nobody who paid into that listing gets a refund or a say.

Payments and refunds
Listing fees and boosts are non-refundable, because placement is delivered the moment you pay — the full policy is on the rules page. If a payment was taken but your listing never appeared, email us and we'll refund it in full within 7 working days.
